These Terms & Conditions govern the professional services provided by Lattice Steel. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Lattice Steel provides structural steel detailing, estimodeling, and independent QA review services. All services are performed in accordance with the agreed project scope, applicable standards (AISC/NISD), and client-provided documents.
Services are performed using reasonable skill and care consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Note: Lattice Steel provides detailing services and does not assume the role or responsibilities of the Engineer of Record (EOR).
Our QA review services are designed to identify potential inconsistencies and constructability issues to assist fabricators. This review does not constitute engineering approval, certification, or a guarantee of error-free work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lattice Steel’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to any claim. We maintain standard professional liability insurance.
All models and drawings remain the intellectual property of Lattice Steel until full payment is received, at which point the Client is granted a license for use on the specific project.
